Egypt’s Cabinet on Wednesday approved golden licences for three major private-sector projects in textiles, agribusiness, and wind energy, as part of efforts to accelerate investment, boost exports, and support industrial localisation.
The approvals came during the 50th meeting of the Council of Ministers, chaired by Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly, and are part of a broader push to streamline permits for high-impact investments.
