You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Companies may create profiles and listings in the directory, subject to review. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you publish, and you must have the rights to any content you upload. We may review, edit, decline, or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, irrelevant to the textile and apparel industry, or in breach of these Terms. Verification indicators, where shown, reflect our review process but are not a guarantee; users should conduct their own due diligence before transacting.
Employers may post roles and candidates may apply, subject to these Terms and any posted guidelines. You are responsible for the content and lawfulness of your job postings and applications. Egytex is not the employer of any role listed, is not a party to any employment relationship, and does not guarantee any hiring outcome. Postings must be genuine, relevant, and compliant with applicable labour and anti-discrimination laws.
Advertising and sponsored placements are subject to a separate order or agreement and to our acceptance. All advertising must be clearly identifiable, relevant to the industry, and compliant with applicable law. We may decline or remove advertising that imitates editorial content, is misleading, or is otherwise inconsistent with these Terms. Rates and availability are as confirmed in your proposal or order.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Egytex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the services. You represent that your content is accurate, that you have the necessary rights, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
The services, including the Egytex name, logo, design, and original content, are owned by Egytex or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The Egytex logo and marks are trademarks and may not be used without prior written permission. Except for content you own, you may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the services without authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Egytex and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services.
