Egypt implements a strategic plan for Egyptian cotton production revival

The Egyptian government strategic plan aims to increase Egyptian cotton production to reach 220K Tons within the next five years, which will be expected to increase the Egyptian cotton share in the long and extra-long staple cotton world production from the current 13.3% to 45%.
