41% decline in China Cotton imports
China's February imports of cotton has declined by 41% to reach 93K Tons as world demand of textile and apparel products has collapsed due to the World economic crisis.

China imported 93,000 metric tons of cotton in February, down 41% on year, the National Development and Reform Commission said Tuesday. Textile exports are sluggish, which has weighed on cotton demand, the economic planner said in a statement published on its Web site.
