Milteks Group expands its global presence: Welcome, Cloverbrook Egypt!

We are proud to announce the acquisition of Cloverbrook Egypt (CTE) — a company with roots dating back to 1969 in the UK, and a manufacturing presence in Egypt since 2002.

Located in Nasr City Public Free Zone, CTE is a well-established mill specializing in PES fabrics and a diverse range of knitted textiles, serving globally recognized brands with a deep heritage spanning three generations.

This acquisition marks a key milestone in Milteks Group’s long-term vision of building a fully integrated, globally connected, and innovation-driven textile ecosystem.

With this strategic step, we reinforce our commitment to sustainable excellence, operational efficiency, and regional strength — all under our renewed identity.
