The kick-off meeting to start implementing the first phase of the two-year contract signed with the Textile & Clothing Technology Centre (TCTC) to upgrade 100 companies took place on Wednesday 18th February 2004. An initial group of 25 companies has been be selected to participate in the of the programme, beginning in February 2004.
