HE Eng. Rashid pointed out that the second phase of the industrial zone will be held on an area of 1.1 million meter squares, with investments amounting to about 1.6 billion pounds,indicating that this region comes within the framework of the ministry's plan to set up 6 industrial zones based on industrial developer which target to get about 400 factory on an area of 7.2 million meter square with total investment of 11.1 billion pounds and about 45 thousand job opportunity.
The minister also stressed that the ministry keenness to provide the land necessary for the establishment of the industrial zones and raise the burden on manufacturers through establishing integrated industrial zones.
He also referred that they are going to finish the first phase og establishing 5 specialized industrial zones
which includes 445 factory in an area of 8.6 meters square and investment cost of up to 13.6 billion pounds and with 72 job opportunity.
