The chairman of the British Textile Machinery Association (BTMA), Stephen R. Combes, is to be the next president of CEMATEX, taking up the position in September. He said his main objective was to continue the development of the brand, preserving the role of ITMA as the world’s leading exhibition of textile machinery…

Mr Combes added: “Barcelona is a new venue for ITMA and we are really pleased to be able to offer more events around our central event next year. Bookings are already ahead of the same period before the Munich show, and following what seems to have been a great ITMA Asia CITME, things are looking really exciting.”
