Polyester prices this month declined in Pakistan, reflecting a low level in demand during the recent energy crisis which limited textile production. Yarn producers are however resisting any fall in their prices for polyester-cotton blends after cotton prices began rebounding in the last week, our Pakistan Correspondent reports. Polyester filament yarn prices also decreased in February.
